Exchange & Returns Policy

At Monkgen, every piece is crafted to deliver not just fashion — but an experience. That’s why we set strict guidelines to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellations
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• This applies to all products, including pre-orders.
• Rare instances of delay may occur. Every customer receives a confirmation call before dispatch.


Eligibility for Exchange
• If you are dissatisfied with our apparel for a valid, justified reason, you must contact us via the Contact section on our website within 3 days of delivery.
• Only replacements/exchanges will be provided.
• No cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
• Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Exchange Conditions
• A packing video is mandatory — the video must show the item being packed and handed to the courier in one continuous shot (no cuts). The parcel must be clearly visible.
• If the customer receives the correct size they ordered, no exchange will be issued. The size chart is provided beforehand.
• To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered
• Returned in its original packaging (outer plastic + label intact).
• Without these, exchange is not possible under any circumstances.


Invalid Exchange/Return Claims
• Colour: Our fabrics are custom-dyed according to mockup codes. Colour differences may appear due to lighting or device display and will not be considered valid grounds for return.
• Stitching: Each product is hand-stitched. Minor imperfections (such as threads) are natural. Additionally, a small margin is always left from the edge — this is part of the craftsmanship and is not a defect.


Process & Timelines
• Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required to process exchanges.
• Allow minimum 3 days for us to initiate the process. Some cases may take longer depending on stock and case specifics.
• If an exchanged product is out of stock, it will be shipped once restocked.
• Do not send products back to the manufacturer directly. All exchanges must go through official Monkgen channels.


Refunds (if applicable)
• Monkgen does not issue refunds except in rare cases where a partial refund is approved by the team.
• In such cases, you will be notified and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Additional Notes
• In very rare cases, products may arrive with slight dirt from transit. A quick wash is usually sufficient.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
• Any spam, misbehavior, or misuse towards the Monkgen team will result in your query being dismissed without response.
